SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We do not count the day order is placed, weekends or holidays when estimating arrival time.
FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping is valid only within the United States.
Free shipping purchases must include a gown, romper, dress, suit, or tux.
Please allow 5 to 7 Business days (Weekends and holidays are excluded)from the time you place your order to delivery for most items that are not special order. We will contact you immediately if there is a problem.
If you need your order faster than that, please choose an express shipping option.
Free shipments are not insured and do not have a tracking #.
Free shipments are shipped either UPS ground or USPS first class, depending on item ordered and weight.
We can only give free shipping on your first order so please measure carefully. Exchanges for size and style will be charged shipping at a reduced rate.
Valid on purchases only. Returns are debited shipping charge before credit is given.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
We normally ship UPS and Fed Ex the same day order is received. Cut Off time s 11:30 am, MST. The only exception is in the rare cases where an item is not immediately available. We will notify you immediately if there will be a delay. Priority packages are shipped either the same or next day. (Same Deadline). These packages are insured but not trackable. 3 day select is shipped by Priority, Fed Ex or UPS on the same day. We use whichever service will get there the fastest. This depends on item ordered and day of the week ordered. Also, some zip codes do not qualify for 3 day shipping via Fed Ex or UPS. These packages are insured. They will have a tracking # if mailed by UPS or Fed Ex but not if they are shipped Priority. When choosing 3 day select, 2 day or overnight shipping, please keep in mind that the price does not include Saturday Delivery. You will need to contact us if you need Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery starts at $12.00 extra. USPS Express is a good option if you need Saturday delivery, however it is not an option for drop shipped (Most Little THings) items. It is 2 day to most areas (1 day to mountain states and west coast) in the USA but there is no extra charge for Saturday delivery. The shipping guarantees are issued by the individual shipping companies, not by us. We will do our best to obtain these refunds for you in the event of delivery failure. Expedited shipping increases our expenses and the handling fee we charge for expedited shipping will not be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for a customers failure to place an order well ahead of scheduled event. Please keep in mind that UPS and Fed Ex suspend delivery guarantees in the 14 days prior to Christmas. Occasionally we are unable to ship expedited orders as requested due to the fact that items ordered may be coming from two different warehouses. We will contact you if this is a problem so please leave a valid contact number and email address when using expedited shipping. The rates given are estimates. We ship to international addresses only when paid through Paypal. Please do not make your payment through Paypal until we have had a chance to figure the exact shipping charges. We will then email you a Paypal invoice with the total.
