URGENT EXCHANGES: If you need a different size or want to change style, we can process a new order, charge your credit card accordingly (excluding shipping if we've made an error), and you will receive a credit when the returned item is received. We can only give free shipping on one order unless we've have made an error. If an error has been made by us we will also pay for your return shipping.
We do not refund expedited shipping. Please remember that the responsibility for placing an order in a timely manner lies with the customer.
ERRORS OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If there is a problem with your order, please call us within 2 days of the receipt of the package to let us know. We will supply a post paid envelope for returns if error is our fault. We will need merchandise returned to us within 5 days so that we can return the defective item to the manufacturer within their time frame.
RETURNS FOR REFUND: We do accept returns for refund including closeouts. We do charge a 5% restocking fee on all returns for refund in addition to any applicable shipping (see below). Returns for refund must be returned within two weeks.
FREE AND REDUCED SHIPPING: We can only offer free shipping or reduced shipping on items that are actually purchased. If you received free shipping, the usual shipping charges will be deducted from your credit. If you receive reduced shipping, the difference between actual charges and what you paid will be deducted from your credit.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE (Current Styles)We offer a full 30 days to exchange any current style outfit. This exchange can be for size or style. We can occasionally make exceptions to this so please contact us if there is a problem.
We can only offer free shipping on the first order so please measure carefully. RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE ( Closeouts):Closeout apparel must be returned within two weeks.
ORDERING MORE THAN ONE OUTFIT?: If you are ordering more than 1 outfit with the idea of returning those that don't work we are happy to accomodate you. We do charge a 5% restocking fee (of the price of returned items only) to cover our extra expenses. Due to recent abuse of this policy we are forced to limit our customers to 3 different styles or sizes.

If you receive a discount because you ordered them with a gown or romper, that discount will be deducted from any credit received if the gown or romper is returned. If you received free shipping on accessories because you ordered them with a gown or romper, shipping charges will be deducted from credit if gown or romper is returned. If you receive a percentage off for purchasing over a certain amount and a return causes your purchase to fall below that amount, the percentage will be deducted from the amount credited before it is refunded to you. Item must be in original resaleable condition with tags, bag, and hanger in tact. If item shows any sign of wear or has not been well cared for, no credit will be given. Tags must be attached. Items damaged during shipping due to poor packaging will not be credited.
USPS Priority is the preferred method for anything over 8 oz. You can get free Priority shipping boxes at USPS. You can also order them online.
Please use strong packaging tape. Do not use electrical or scotch tape.
Do not return any item in a brown or white paper envelopes! These envelopes were intended only for documents--not for apparel.
